We offer 7-day returns for new, unused merchandise only. This means open or used items are not eligible for returns. Returned merchandise must be in the same unused condition as you received it. Regarding defects or missing parts, the buyer assumes all risk for the item arriving with manufacturer defects and we are not able to provide replacement parts or a return if the item has been opened, as it is no longer in the same condition as you received it. The same conditions above apply to exchanges as well. In addition, exchanges are subject to availability. Buyer will pay for the return postage and will need to provide the electronic receipt which must match what we have on records.
