We offer 7-day returns for new, unused merchandise only. This means open or used items are not eligible for returns. Returned merchandise must be in the same unused condition as you received it. Regarding defects or missing parts, the buyer assumes all risk for the item arriving with manufacturer defects and we are not able to provide replacement parts or a return if the item has been opened, as it is no longer in the same condition as you received it.
The same conditions above apply to exchanges as well. In addition, exchanges are subject to availability.
Buyer will pay for the return postage and you will need to provide the electronic receipt and it must match what we have on records. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at toygrail@outlook.com to initiate the process.
We strive to fulfill our orders in 2-4 business days, which is, in our view, quite competitive against other major toy outlets in the market. This applies to in stock items and does not apply to preorder or incoming items. Please note the estimated arrival dates as published on the each item's listing page for its respective release dates.
We will pack each item with care using bubbles and a properly sized shipper box. Buyer will receive tracking notification via email whenever we fulfill the item. Please check your inbox/ spam folders for our emails.
Please note that we can only use the address provided by the customer to ship and have no ability to confirm whether it is a correct address or not, so we cannot subsume any responsibility for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. We pay for delivery services such as USPS and UPS just like any retailer customer would and cannot control how the package will be delivered. This means we can only be responsible for packages delivered based on tracking info and nothing more. This level of service is in line with most major e-commerce platforms such as eBay and other online retailers (that do not operate their own delivery services).
